All products (apparel, accessories, and lifestyle items) are made especially for you after you place your order. We partner with Printful to fulfill orders with care and quality.

Please allow 2–7 business days for production and packing before your order ships.

· USA: 3–7 business days

· Canada: 5–10 business days

· International: 7–14 business days (customs delays may occur)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We cannot change or cancel orders after they’ve been sent to production (usually within 1–2 business days).

Because every item is made on demand, we accept returns only for:

· Items damaged during shipping

· Incorrect products (wrong size, color, or design)

· Defects in print or materials

Returns for the above issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

If approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

· Change of mind

· Wrong size chosen (please check the size charts before ordering)

· Minor color differences (due to monitor/screen variations)

For size-related issues, you are welcome to reorder the correct size. We’re not able to cover return shipping for size swaps.

Once your return is approved and processed (usually 3–7 business days after we receive the item), your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.
